I love it. took a couple tries to get it figured out (takes a while to save the data files, can be lost if you don't give it PLENTY of time to save) but overall, I can't complain. at this price point it is so much more than I expected. I have had it for a week and use it daily. I love it.Pros: Picture quality is very good, sound is great, no one suspects it to be a camera-- and it's a very nice feeling pen- I write with it all day!Cons: takes a long time to charge (5+ hours) and only has about 45min of video recording battery life- so choose your moments wisely. but as small as it is, and as cheap as it was-- I'm not complaining!I would buy it again.Product worked for 2 days then charged and apparently wouldn't charge. Replaced for a other and it only recorded audio and 1 photo before stopping. Apparently wouldn't charge.The instructions are not helpful first off (tiny print does not help)...the pen i rec'd does not look like the one in the picture. There does not appear to be any place to install the SD card that i rec'd - instructions again were not helpful.Lastly did not get any pen refills....I cannot figure out how to operate this and i am the IT person for my company....so this is going back fastbuy this product and it was more than I thought, it is practical, good image, easy to use, it was a good product, only that it does not record alone, you have to give the button to activate it but rest, a good productThese guys only sent 2 refills, not 5 as promised.There are no clear instructions on how to use, record or download videos to my laptop.According to the leaflet, everything happens after the blue and yellow lights flicker 3 times; so I never know whether the battery is full, med or empty, I never know whether it's recording or not.A very unuseful pen indeed.Pitiful instructions on operation. Video quality indoors poor. Battery life poor. Wouldn’t upload to iPhone.Not received all the items missing sim cardGood pen
